Projects
Four programmes. One continuous line.
Each project sits inside the same theory of change: reach the child early, keep them in school, rebuild the classroom around them, and open a real door to work at the other end.

RISE
Realizing Individual Success & Excellence
RISE is a school-based personality development programme designed to build the confidence, communication and employability of children long before they leave the classroom. Delivered in partnership with government and low-income private schools, in weekly modules over an academic year.
- — Public speaking cohorts
- — Career awareness modules
- — Life-skills for Class 8–10

ASHA
Aspire · Support · Harness · Achieve
ASHA gives underprivileged students free after-school tuition and one-to-one mentorship up to Class 12, and offers financial support for vocational and skilling programmes for eligible youth. It is the programme our directors describe as the reason the foundation exists.
- — 3-evenings-a-week free tuition
- — Mentor pairing with local college students
- — Books, fees, exam support

SASUP
Shakuntala Adlakha School Upliftment Program
SASUP is our infrastructure track. We work with government and low-income private schools to upgrade classrooms, sanitation, safe drinking water, electricity, libraries and digital tools — with a specific focus on making campuses safer for girl children and children with disabilities.
- — Sanitation & water
- — Libraries & digital labs
- — Girl-safe campuses

PARIVARTAN
Corporate change-management
Parivartan is our corporate-facing workshop, first delivered for 300 frontline employees at Dr. Reddy's in Panchkula. It's now the template we use to structure CSR partnerships that fund and staff our school programmes.
- — 300 participants trained
- — CSR-aligned delivery
- — Onward funding for RISE & ASHA
