EduRize is a Section 8 nonprofit closing the gap between under-resourced classrooms and the world of work — one student, one school, one skill at a time.

Our mission
We bridge industry skill gaps, we make quality education reachable for the children who need it most, and we rebuild the classrooms, sanitation and libraries that public schools have gone without for too long.

What we do
We're not trying to be everywhere. We work where the gap between potential and opportunity is widest — and where we can measure the difference we make.
01Practical training in healthcare, IT & ITeS, and organised retail — designed with employers, delivered to first-generation learners.
02Free after-school tuition, mentoring and financial support up to Class 12 for children who would otherwise drop out.
03Classrooms, sanitation, safe drinking water, electricity, libraries and digital tools — with a priority on girls and children with disabilities.
Our projects
A personality development programme for school children — confidence, communication and employability, built in early.
Free after-school tuition and mentorship up to Class 12, plus financial support for vocational programmes for eligible youth.
Infrastructure upgrades for government schools — classrooms, sanitation, water, electricity, libraries and digital tools.
Delivered for 300 frontline employees at Dr. Reddy's, Panchkula — a working template for our corporate partnerships.

One student's road — Project ASHA
Priya was almost pulled out of school after Class 8. Her family couldn't afford tuition fees, and she was falling behind in maths and English.
A neighbour told her mother about ASHA. Within a week, Priya was in a free after-school class, three evenings a week, with two mentors from a local college.
Priya is in Class 11 with a science stream. She wants to be a nurse. ASHA covers her books, her fees, and — for the first time — a laptop she can share at home.
There are 47 children on our ASHA waitlist this term. Every ₹15,000 sponsors one child, for one full year.
From the directors
"We didn't start EduRize to run programmes. We started it because we kept meeting children whose futures were being decided by their pin code."
From the ground

Get involved
Fund a child's year, a classroom, a library, a school toilet block. Every rupee is tied to a specific outcome.
Teach an ASHA session. Mentor a RISE cohort. Help us document a SASUP school. Weekends and evenings, in Chandigarh and online.
Corporate CSR, university tie-ups, hospital and skilling partners — our Parivartan template scales well.
The invitation
₹500 puts a set of books in a child's hands. ₹15,000 sponsors a full year of ASHA tuition. ₹1 lakh rebuilds a government school toilet block.
